Once the reservation is formalized, with both parties agreeing on the budget and date, you will have 2 days to pay the deposit, in case of not doing so the reservation will be canceled.
This deposit can be paid by bank transfer or in cash. The remaining amount will be paid in cash on the day of the appointment.
If it is necessary to change the date of an appointment, it must be notified at least 7 days in advance. Said date changes will only be possible within the same year, and the right to change the appointment can only be exercised a maximum of 2 times. In case of not attending the appointment without prior notice, the studio will not have the obligation to return the deposit.
Regarding the cancellation of appointments, the deposit will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
