Inversión sustancial y viable en tu negocio (orientativamente desde $100.000), un plan de negocio sólido, y nacionalidad de un país con tratado E-2 vigente con Estados Unidos.

EL PROCESO MES A MES
Firma
Firmamos el acuerdo de representación. El abogado revisa tu caso e indica qué documentación hace falta.
Preparación del expediente
Reunimos evidencias, cartas y contratos, y se los entregamos al abogado, que prepara el expediente. El plazo depende de la rapidez con la que reúnas tu documentación.
Presentación
El abogado presenta el expediente ante el USCIS.
Resolución del USCIS
Con tramitación premium, el USCIS se compromete a responder en 15 días hábiles desde que acepta el caso. Sin ella, los plazos son mucho más largos y varían. Los fija el USCIS y cambian con frecuencia.
Entrevista consular
Cita en el consulado de tu país. El tiempo hasta la cita depende de cada consulado.
Visado estampado y llegada
Si el USCIS aprueba tu caso, recibes tu pasaporte con el visado y viajas.
Los plazos son orientativos. Dependen del USCIS, del consulado correspondiente y de la rapidez en reunir la documentación. Ninguna de estas fases está bajo el control de Noble Art ni del abogado.
