2. About our services
Noble Art offers tattoo services, piercing, laser tattoo removal, tattoo training (academy), and the sale of tattoo supplies and equipment, through its own studios and partner studios in different countries. We also offer digital gift cards.
The descriptions of products and services on the Site are for guidance only. We strive to keep the information (prices, availability, images) accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always error-free.
3. Age requirements
Due to the nature of our services (tattoos, piercing), minimum age restrictions may apply under the laws of each country or state where we operate, and some services may require the consent of parents or guardians for minors where permitted by law. It is your responsibility to confirm the applicable age requirements at the relevant studio and location before booking an appointment.
4. Bookings, deposits and appointments
To book a tattoo, piercing or other service appointment, payment of a deposit may be required. The specific conditions regarding deposits, date changes, cancellations and no-shows are detailed in our Booking Conditions, which form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and which you accept when paying the deposit.
5. Purchases and payments
When making a purchase on the Site (supplies, gift cards, courses), you agree to provide truthful and complete payment information. Prices are displayed in the currency of your market and may vary by country. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, lack of stock, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Shipping
The shipping times shown on the Site are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns and refunds
- Tattoo supplies and equipment: as these are products related to hygiene and health, returns are only accepted in the case of a defective product or a shipping error, by contacting shopify@nobleart.com within a reasonable period from receipt.
- Gift cards: they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless applicable law requires otherwise. They are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Tattoo, piercing and course services: as these are personalized services, no right of return applies once the service has been provided. Appointment cancellation conditions are governed by our Booking Conditions (see section 4).
8. Health and informed consent
Tattoo, piercing and laser tattoo removal services carry inherent risks. Before each service, you will be asked to complete an informed consent form and to declare any relevant medical condition (allergies, pregnancy, medication, skin conditions, etc.). It is your responsibility to provide truthful and complete information about your state of health. Noble Art and its artists are not responsible for complications arising from health information omitted or inaccurately provided by the client.
